A Belgian company, working with microbial processes, has scaled up a fermentation process to valorise cheese whey into animal feed rich in microbial proteins. This year they started commercialisation of this product in Belgium. The SME is looking for partners interested in commercial agreements, preferably distributor agreements, to sell their product throughout Europe.
