Anti-corrosion coatings sought by a Chinese company through supplier agreement

This is a subsidiary company of a Chinese train manufacturer. The company is now seeking from abroad for anti-corrosion coatings to be used on the interior surfaces of potable water tanks and drains tanks in the trains. The suggested way of partnership could be signing a supplier agreement.
